Asset Manager Overview

How to view summary information of an Asset?

Step 1:

Click on the Asset Dashboard navigation bar item, within the Activity section.

You will be taken to the screen below which shows the dashboard.

On the Dashboard, click on All Assets

Step 2:

There are various filters which are available for searching for assets.

Assets can be searched using Asset Code/Custom Field, Status, Type, Onboard date(range), Site or Risk Level.

Search for an Asset. Click on it.

Step 3:

The Overview screen shows the below summary information:

• The Actual barcode of an Asset
• The Last recorded location of the Asset
• The Risk Level that the Asset carries
• The Current Status of the Asset
• The Next Inspection date of the Asset
• The Last Inspection date of the Asset
