How to Assign and View Dynamic Status to an Asset?

Step 1:

Navigate to the All Assets dashboard.

There are various filters which are available for searching for assets. 

Assets can be searched using Asset Code/Custom Field, Status, Type, Onboard date(range), Site or Risk Level.

Search for an Asset. Click on it. 

 Step 2:

You will be taken to the screen below, which shows Asset Manager Dashboard

On the menu on top, click on Dynamic Statuses menu item.

 Step 3: 

You will be taken to the below screen, which lists Dynamic Statuses and their options.

Select the desired Active Dynamic Status from the drop-down list.

Selected Status Option will update automatically.

You can also view already assigned status, as shown below.
