Editing Asset Types - Asset Types can be edited for a number of reasons: Change the Risk Level, Add a new checklist, Enforce or not enforce a checklist order, Add Asset groups
Step 1:
Click on the Asset Types navigation bar item, found on the left beneath the Job Types navigation bar item.
This will take you to the below screen.
You can also search for an Asset Type that needs to be edited by using the search function, as shown below.
Click on the Asset Type to be edited and you will be taken to the Overview screen, which shows asset summary information as shown in the below screen.
Step 2:
Click on the Edit menu item to open the below screen.
Step 3:
The Name, Risk Level can be Edited.
A checklist can be added or removed.
The checklists can be moved around in a desired order.
An Asset group can be added or removed.
Click on the Save button when done.
