How to create a Recurring Job?

Pre – requisite:

  1. Create Recurring Jobs permission.

Step 1: 

Click on the All Jobs navigation bar item, within the Activity section. 

You will be taken to the screen below, showing a list of jobs if there are any and the filters.

Step 2:

Click on the +New Job button located at the top right-hand corner.

Select Recurring job from the list.

 Step 3: 

You will be taken to the below New Recurring Job screen.

Complete all details.

Select the Start On date.

 Select the Frequency from the drop-down list.

Select the End On date.

 Select the Site from the drop-down list.

 Tick the Zone.

 Tick Open the first job immediately if the job needs to be opened immediately.

 Select Exclusions from the drop-down list if any.

 Select the Exclusion Rule from the drop-down list.

 Select the Job Type from the drop-down list.

 Select the Technician for the job from the drop-down list.

Add Reference and Special instructions if there are any.

Click the Preview & Create button.

Step 4:

Schedule Preview screen will pop up as shown below.

Click on the Approve & Create Schedule button.
