How to View Asset Documents on the mobile app using QR code?

Step 1:

To access the menu, tap on the 3 line menu icon located at the top left and the menu will show. 

Tap on Asset Tools menu item.

Step 2:

To verify using Camera, Tap the Camera Icon to start Asset verification.

 Step 3:

The Asset information will show on the screen.

Tap on the View Asset button.

 Step 4:

Tap on Documents menu item as shown below.

 The Documents will be displayed as shown below.

You can tap on one to view.

 A pop up will appear for selection on how to open the file.

 If Documents have already expired, they will be listed but cannot be viewed.
