How to login on the mobile app using Biometric Face Id?

Biometrics enable you to login in using your face id when logging in on the mobile map.

The face id is based on the specifications of your device. The option needs to be enabled from the settings of the phone if your device allows.

Pre-requisites:

1. App version 4.1.8.
2. Biometrics must be enabled on the mobile device.
3. You must have logged in previously on the mobile app.

Step 1:

On the Login screen, tap on the Biometry icon to login, as shown below.

Step 2:

If using Face Identification, please tap on Ok to allow Frame app to use Face ID.

 If using Face Identification, the face id pop-screen will come up, ensure that your face is facing the screen.

Once your face is recognised, you will see a check and the app will open.
