How to reset a Password on the mobile app?

Password requirements:

• Password length should be 14 characters minimum.
• Different from your 5 previously used passwords.
• A combination of upper case(X Y Z) and lower case(x y z) characters.
• Number (1 2 3)
• Special characters or Symbols (#@!%)

Step 1:

To reset your password, tap Forgot your Password? link

 Step 2:

You will be taken to the below screen.

Provide your email address.

Tap the Request Reset button.

 Step 3:

An email will be sent to the email address provided.

 Step 4:

On the email received, click the tap provided to start the resetting process.

 Step 5:

You will then be taken to the below screen.

Provide your email address.

Provide new password.

Confirm new password.

Click the Reset Password button.
 Once reset, you will be able to login.
