How to perform a Hard reset on the mobile app?

Please note that a Hard Reset re-downloads all data, it will delete un-synced inspections.

Step 1: 

To access the menu, tap on the 3-line menu icon located at the top left. 

Tap on Settings menu item.

Step 2:

Tap on the Reset button on Hard Reset. 

Step 3: 

Tap the refresh button so that the app can start syncing. 

 Then your jobs will be displayed.
