How to perform a Soft reset on the mobile app?

Please note that a Soft Reset re-downloads all data, it will not delete un-synced inspections.


Step 1: 

To access the menu, tap on the 3-line menu icon located at the top left.

Tap on Settings menu item.


Step 2: 

Tap on Reset button next to Soft Reset.


Step 3: 

Navigate back to Jobs. 

Tap the refresh button so that the app can start syncing. 

Then your jobs will be displayed.
