How to reset password from web app?

Password requirements:

• Password length should be 14 characters minimum.
• Different from your 5 previously used passwords.
• A combination of upper case(X Y Z) and lower case(x y z) characters.
• Number (1 2 3)
• Special characters or Symbols (#@!%)

Step 1:

On the sign in screen, click on the forgot password link as shown below

 Step 2:

 Type in the email address that needs to be reset, as shown below.

 And then click on close and check your emails for the link.

Step 3:

On the email received, click the link provided to start the resetting process.

 Step 4:

You will then be taken to the below screen.

Provide new password.

Confirm new password.

Click the Reset Password button.

Once reset, you will be able to login.
