- MFA may need to be reset if user does not have access to the codes.
- It can be re-instated again.
- Can only be reset by Admin.
Pre-requisite:
- View User Index permission is required.
Step 1:
Click on the Users navigation bar item, within the Administration section.
Step 2:
Search for the User who needs MFA to be disabled.
Step 3:
On the menu at the top, click on Edit menu-item.
Step 4:
On the right-hand side, on the block for Security Settings, which is below Change User Password block, click on Disable & Reset MFA button.
A confirmation message will show that MFA has been reset.
