How to add a Site?

Pre – requisites:

  1. A Client needs to be setup first.
  2. Create client permission needs to be enabled.

 

Step 1:

To create a Site, you can click on the All Clients navigation bar item, found on the left beneath the CLIENTS sub-heading.

Search for the Client that the Site will be created for and click on it as shown below.

 

 

Step 2:

Click on the Site name and you will be taken to the below screen.

Click on Sites menu item.

  

 

Step 3:

To create Client Sites, there are two options. 

Option 1

 

  • You can access the Site creation option, on the menu on the top right hand corner of the screen by clicking on Sites menu item. Then click on the + New Site button

Option 2

  • You may also navigate to the main menu on the left, under Clients Heading, click on Clients sites. Then click on the +Site button

 


Step 4:

Once you have clicked on either option 1 or 2, you will be taken to the below screen.

Fill in all the details.

Select the Client from the drop-down list.

 

Fill in the Name of the Site.

Fill in Legal Name, Registration Number and VAT number where applicable.

Fill in the contact number for the Site.

Under User limits, select a user or users from the drop-down list who are allowed access to the site.

Under Select Site Manager, select the Site manager from the drop-down list.

 

Search for the address and pick from the google list.

 

Once all details are completed, click Create Site button.



The Site dashboard will show as below.
