- Feature is used to deactivate a site which is no longer in use however, its data is still required.
- Data for the site is only available on the Site and not on dashboards or other reports.
Pre – requisite:
- Delete site permission needs to be enabled.
Step 1:
To create a Site, you can click on the All Clients navigation bar item, found on the left beneath the CLIENTS sub-heading.
Search for the Client as shown below.
Step 2:
Click on the Sites menu item, as shown below.
Step 3:
There are two options to Deactivate a site.
Option: 1
Click on Active Sites.
Select the Site to Deactivate.
Click on the Deactivate Selected Sites button.
On the pop-up screen, confirm deactivation by clicking on the Deactivate Sites button.
You will receive confirmation that the Site has been deactivated.
Option: 2
Step 4:
Search or Select the Site that needs to be Deactivated.
Click on the Edit menu item as shown below.
Click on the Deactivate Site button to deactivate it.
