Step 1:
Click on the Users navigation bar item, within the Administration section.
A list of all users will show if there are any.
You can also use the search bar to search for the user as shown below
Click on the User that needs to be Deactivated
Step 2:
On the menu at the top, click on Edit menu-item.
Step 3:
On the right hand site, on the block for User Status, which is below Downgrade User block, click on Deactivate User button.
Step 4:
The Deactivate User screen will pop-up, asking for confirmation to deactivate the user.
Click on the Confirm button, to deactivate the user.
Step 5:
Deactivated user will now have a red cross under the Active columns as shown on the below screenshot
