How do you view the Latest failed checks?

The latest failed Checkpoints are listed. Once the checkpoint is inspected again and it passes then it will come off from the list.

The data refreshes every 4 hours.

Step 1:

Click on the Inspections navigation bar item, within the Activity section.

Click on the Latest Failed Checks button as shown below.

Step 2:

There are filters for Asset Internal Id, Asset type, Job ref, Job no, Date range, Checklist and Check, Client and Site which can be used to filter the data.

All failed checks will be listed and you can filter using the Asset ID to see what has failed for a particular Asset, as shown below.

At the top on the right, you can see the date and time when the data was last refreshed.

There is a link on the Job number for easy access to the Job, click on it and the Job where the Inspection is will open.

There is a link on the Inspection number, click on it and the Inspection will open and the failed checkpoint can be viewed.

The data can be exported to .CSV
