How to transfer Asset on the Mobile app?

Pre-requisite:

  1. Transfer Asset between Clients permission needs to be enabled.
  2. Transfer Asset between Sites permission needs to be enabled.
  3. Permission applies to both Admins and Techs.


Step 1: 

To access the menu, tap on the 3 lines menu icon located at the top left and the menu will show.

Tap on Asset Tools.

The below screen will show.


  

Step 2:

To verify using Camera, Tap the Camera Icon to start Asset verification.


 

Step 3:

Under Asset Tools, tap on Transfer Asset.

Please note that Parent Assets are transferred along with the components.


 

 Step 3:

Tap on Select Site, to select the Site to transfer to.

Tap on the Scan Code button to scan the Asset that needs to be transferred.


 

 Search for the Site

Once the Site is selected, tap on the Select Zone button.


 

 Search for the Zone and select.

 Tap on the Transfer Asset button.


            

 Then a message will show that the Asset has been transferred.
