Step 1:
Click on the Users navigation bar item, within the Administration section.
A list of all users will show if there are any.
You can also use the search bar to search for the user as shown below.
Click on the User whose Permissions need to be changed.
Step 2:
On the menu at the top, click on Permissions menu-item.
Step 3:
Select the Close Jobs permission.
Selections are saved automatically.
Step 4:
Tap on a Job then tap Tools as shown on the below screenshot.
On the mobile app, once the permission is revoked the app updates the Tools and removes the ‘Close Button’ as shown on the below screenshot. There is no need to clear data.
On the web app, once the permission is revoked, if you navigate to Jobs and Tools the ‘Close Button’ will not be shown.
