How to enable once off Techician signature for Inspections?

Please note that the technician signature requirement on a checklist will need to be disabled, if not then technician will still be required to sign at the end of each Inspection.

Please note that the Inspection reports will only be emailed after the signature is applied.

 

Step 1:

Click on the Job Types navigation bar item, found on the left beneath the ADMINISTRATION sub-heading.

You are also able to use the search function to search for a Job Type. Please note that the Job Type names are case sensitive when searching.

Click on the Job Type to edit.

 Step 2:

An Edit Job Type screen will pop up.

Enable the Requires Technician Signature as shown below.

Click Save button.

 Step 3:

Once enabled, on the Mobile App on Job closure, a technician signature will show.

If it is required, it will always be highlighted as such.

Tap on the Capture Signature button to capture the signature.

 Type Technician name and draw the signature.

Tap on Store Signature to Save.

Then the job can be closed.

Then the technician signature will be placed on all the Inspections reports performed in the job.
