How to perform Offline Inspection?

Pre-requisite:

Please check article for How to switch to Offline mode.

Step 1:

Open a job and then go Offline.
 Note that you cannot create jobs in Offline mode.

 Step 2:

Please note that the Zones and Tools are disabled in Offline mode.

Please note that once the Inspection is started, the job status will not change.

Tap on the Camera icon to start the Inspection.

Step 3:

Once the Inspections are done, they will show that they Queued for syncing.

Step 4:

Please note once an inspection is completed or In-progress, the Inspections menu item will show the number of inspections which are waiting to sync.

Tap on the Inspections menu item.

 Step 5:

The Inspections which need to sync will be listed.

Tap on Offline icon and select Online Real time so that the Inspections can sync.

 Step 6:

The Inspections will start syncing.

 Step 7:

The Inspections Progress bar will now update to reflect that Inspections have synced.
