How to create Checklists?

Pre-requisites:

  1. Client and Site need to be setup first.

Step 1:

Click on the Checklists navigation bar item, found on the left beneath the INSPECTIONS sub-heading.

You are also able to search for a Checklist by using the search function.

You are also able to download all checkpoints from all checklists by clicking the Checkpoints(.xlsx) icon.

Click on the +Checklist button located on the top right hand corner.

Step 2:

Fill in the name of the Checklist, Frequency and Pass Percentage.

Click on the +New Check to add a new check.

Step 3:

A New Check screen will pop up as shown below.

Fill in the Name.

Select or Deselect Instant Fail.

Select Image rule from drop down.

Checkpoints can be skipped on the mobile app by selecting N/A by enabling Can Skip. N/A can be removed as an option by disabling Can Skip.

Upload check image if any.

Select Comment rule from the drop down.

Provide the Task Description.

Add predefined comments. This articles explains how to add predefined comments.

Click on Create Check button to add the check.

Step 4 :

You can also click on the Add an existing check field by clicking the Add an existing check field and selecting a check from the list as shown below.

 Once done, click on the Create Checklist button.

 Click on the Checklist Tools 

Click on Asset types drop-down list and select Asset Type(s) to be associated with this Checklist and click on Save button when done.
