Step 1:
Click on the Users navigation bar item, within the Administration section.
A list of all users will show if there are any.
You can also use the search bar to search for the user as shown below
Click on the User that needs to be Re-activated.
Step 2:
On the top at the top, click on Edit menu-item.
Step 3:
On the right hand site, on the block for User Status, which is below Upgrade User block, click on Activate User button.
Step 4:
The Activate User screen will pop-up, asking for confirmation to activate the user.
Click on the Confirm button, to activate the user.
Activated user will now have a green tick under the Active columns as shown on the below screenshot.
