How to Add an image to an Asset?

Image will be shown with the Asset on all Dashboards.
If an Asset Type image is uploaded, the Asset image will be shown.

Step 1:

Navigate to the All-Assets dashboard.

There are various filters which are available for searching for assets. 

Assets can be searched using Asset Code/Custom Field, Status, Type, Onboard date(range), Site or Risk Level.

Search for an Asset. Click on it. 

Step 2:

You will be taken to the screen below, which shows Asset Manager Dashboard

Hover on the image and the Camera icon will appear, click on the Camera icon to upload an image.

Step 3: 

On the Upload Image pop up screen, click to upload your image.

Please note the types of images that can be uploaded.

Once the image is selected, click on the Upload button.

Step 4:

The uploaded Image will be displayed.

If the uploaded image needs to be removed, hover on the image and click on the x

If a different image needs to be uploaded, simply click on the camera icon to upload again.

The image will show on the Asset on all dashboards.

Step 5:

On the mobile App, scan the asset to see the image.
